python-qt4-gl software package provides Python bindings for Qt4s OpenGL module, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-qt4-gl
python-qt4-gl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-qt4-gl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-qt4-gl *
You will get with python-qt4-gl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
